Hey! My name is Gabriel Childress (you can call me Gabe), and I am the one you will be working with to grow your restaurant!
I am from Asheville, North Carolina, and I grew up around hospitality.
I bussed tables.
I played jazz sax in local spots.
I worked till 1am on holidays 😂
I spent a lot of time "behind the scenes" of how these places actually run.
After high school, I spent a year at UNC Charlotte before realizing my "marketing degree" wasn’t for me.
It wasn't moving fast enough. I was ready to get started.
So, I dropped out, doubled down on what I love, and built RestaurantROI with real world experience...
Trust me, I understand how hard this business really is.
I've worked in it. I have seen it up close. I hear it constantly from the people I work with.
Restaurant owners are some of the most real and hardworking people I have ever met...
The problem is... most of y'all end up doing literally everything:
- Operations
- Staff (don't even get me started)
- Inventory
- etc...
Then... ON TOP of that... marketing gets thrown on your plate.
I don't think you started a restaurant to become a marketer....
I mean, you know your numbers, you know your customers, and you know what makes your place special more than anyone...
You just do not have the time or the systems that bigger chains have behind them.
That is where I come in.
I built Restaurant ROI to take marketing off your plate and replace it with something organized, sophisticated, and structured to drive sales.
In one sentence: we bring in new customers, capture their information, and turn them into regulars over time.
Our system is something we've spent a lot of time building and continue to improve every week. We only use the best current available methods to make you more money.
If it's some new AI tool for a few months, we use it.
If google drops some new tech that is the new meta, we get on it.
We're nerds about this, and it pays in your favor.
As we work together, every campaign gives us data. That data shows us what is working, what is not, and what is worth doing more of. From there, we can make decisions based on reality instead of "it felt busier"
The goal is to turn your marketing into something predictable.
Something you can understand, measure, and forecast.
A pillar of revenue you can actually rely on when you are planning your business.
Ultimately, you should not have to guess where your marketing dollars go or whether they are working.
That is why I built Restaurant ROI.
I am excited to help you see what your restaurant is truly capable of!
